Her leadership continues to shape the Group’s strategic direction, guiding its growth in a rapidly transforming global landscape. With a strong emphasis on innovation, digital integration and long-term value creation, she brings a steady, future-focused perspective to the organisation’s progress.

Amita is also actively involved in the Group’s healthcare initiatives in India, where she works to strengthen clinical standards, improve operational capabilities, and enhance patient care.
